Execution occurs within 60 seconds of deployment confirmation.

2. Nordiqo Risk Disclosure & Liability

Quantitative trading involves systemic and idiosyncratic risks. Nordiqo provides technology, not financial advice.

Past performance data is backtested and does not guarantee future yield.

Users retain full custody of assets through exchange API keys.
Nordiqo is not liable for third-party exchange outages or flash-crash events.
Algorithmic strategies are subject to market volatility and slippage.

3. Intellectual Property of Nordiqo

All quantitative models, codebases, and the "One-click" deployment architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of Nordiqo.

Unauthorized reverse-engineering of algorithmic strategies is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under international IP statutes.
